Shipping Policy

We process within 2 business days of your purchase. The specific delivery time will inform you after you place the order. If you need a rushed shipment, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

International Orders are sent by a method purchased at checkout. Please note all VAT and International Duty Fees are payable by the customer or recipient of the purchased products. We do not alter the receipts, they are automated at the price you purchased and the stated product you purchased. If you choose not to pay the VAT/Duty Fees, the parcel will either be returned to us at a cost or will be destroyed by the broker. If returned, we will offset the refund of the product purchased by any additional shipping fees. We do not refund shipping fees. We cannot refund orders when the products are destroyed due to VAT not being paid. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.
